Yearly, the price of every paid seat falls as your team grows; only paid seats count. A seat is counted when a person first signs in, never at invite. The yearly volume price
A bulk discount that grows with every paid seat.
Pay annually and one seat costs two months free, about 17% below monthly list. Every paid seat you add lowers the price of every paid seat, fastest at first, until the discount reaches 40% below monthly list at 50 paid seats. It stays there, and adding a seat always adds to the bill. Only paid Pro and Enterprise seats count: Free licences and guests never do. Monthly is list. An Enterprise agreement uses the same schedule on a 12- or 24-month term.

- Pro and Enterprise seats count together. The discount for the subscription's paid seats applies to every paid seat, each at its own tier's list.
- Add or remove a paid seat mid-year and every seat is re-priced on the schedule, prorated to the day.
- An Enterprise agreement uses the same schedule for a 12- or 24-month term: invoiced with purchase orders, NET-30, the price locked for the term, seats trued up quarterly.
- Self-serve yearly plans keep the welcome month and referral credit. Agreements carry no referral credit, welcome month or education price.

Our promise, in the terms
Credits you have earned are never withdrawn, except for fraud. Changes to the program apply only to referrals made after the change.
The rules: you must be a paying administrator; one reward per referred organisation; a referral counts 30 days after the referred company's first paid invoice; no referrals between companies that share an organisation, a domain, a payment method or an administrator.
Affiliates At launch
Partners who recommend Jorv to their audience earn 20% of each referred company's first-year list price, less its free welcome month, paid through Tolt in US dollars 30 days after the end of each month. When the company pays for a year up front, the whole year is paid in one amount once its payment has cleared 30 days. Refer 5 paying companies within a year and you become a Partner: every new referral earns for 24 months instead. A customer whose referral credit reaches the cap is invited to join, so bigger referrals keep being rewarded. The affiliate program and its terms.
Students and educators
Pro free for 3 months, then 50% off, for everyone with an .edu.au or .ac.uk email address.
Jorv supports education, starting in Australia and the UK, and going international. Pro is free for your first 3 months, with no card. After that, it's A$20 a month or A$200 a year in Australia, and £11 a month or £110 a year in the UK. Pro adds working with classmates, Publish and Reach.

Why we do it: students are careful with money while they study, and they build their careers on the tools they learn with. We have gained a great deal from the academic system, and this is part of giving back and investing in the people who will build what comes next.

Studying elsewhere, or teaching a course?
We are starting in Australia and the UK and taking the student program to more countries: tell us where you study, and we will let you know when it opens there. Lecturers can ask to pilot Jorv with a class; course pilots run in Australia first.

A seat has one price: list, the education price, or an Enterprise agreement. On top of it, only the offers marked yes.

Is Free really the whole product?
Yes. Free is Jorv for one person on your own machine: every mission, the claim graph, the Board, the Library, the Wiki, the Frontier, Insights, the local forge, your own AI keys, web search on your own keys, and export of your graph at any time. It is a $0 licence that renews monthly. Pro begins where a second person does — invites, seats and roles — and adds Make on engine compute, Stations, media generation and the Reach and Publish lenses.
How does the 14‑day Pro trial work?
From inside Jorv, once per organisation, no card. For 14 days your organisation has Pro; at launch that covers the people you invite too, so your team can work together before anyone pays. At the end it converts to Pro if you subscribe, or returns to Free. Nothing is lost either way.
What counts as a seat?
A person who has signed in and needs Pro or Enterprise. Inviting someone claims nothing: the seat is counted the first time they sign in, and an admin can release it from Settings › People. Every self-serve seat is list price. Reviewers and approvers join free as guests, and paying the bill needs no seat at all.
Can we mix Pro and Enterprise seats?
Yes, at launch, in one organisation and one subscription: Enterprise for the people who need governance, Pro for everyone else.
What can a guest do?
View the work they are invited to, comment, and approve the cards they are asked to review. Guests cannot create, run AI work or publish; when someone needs to, an admin upgrades that one person to a Pro seat. Guest seats are free and arrive at launch.

What happens if we stop paying?
Your organisation falls back to Free. Your record stays readable and exportable, and you can pick up where you left off whenever you subscribe again.
Do I need my own API keys?
Yes. Jorv is bring‑your‑own‑keys at every tier: you pay your model providers directly, at their prices, with no markup. Ollama makes it fully local.
Where does my data live?
On the machine or server where your Jorv engine is installed — yours or your organisation’s. Nothing leaves it unless you choose a provider or a destination. Enterprise adds the egress controls and the air‑gapped preset.
Do prices include tax?
Yes. Every price on this page includes any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are, including in the US states that tax software, so the price you see is the price you pay. Paddle, our merchant of record, collects the tax and pays it to the right authority. Where a business accounts for the tax itself, as in the EU and Australia, a registered business that enters its tax number at checkout pays the price without tax. Everywhere else, your invoice shows the tax separately, so a registered business can claim it back. Prices are shown and charged in your own currency in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the eurozone, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, India and China, and in US dollars everywhere else; the checkout charges exactly the figure on this page.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal and keep access to the end of the current period. No contracts, no cancellation fees, except the term you choose on an Enterprise agreement. Monthly and annual are both available on every paid tier; a year is two months free for one seat, and less per seat as the team grows.
